The Legacy of Welcome To Rockville
Since its inception, Welcome To Rockville has grown into America's largest rock festival, attracting thousands of rock music fans every year. With each edition, the festival continues to deliver unforgettable performances and experiences.
Over the years, Welcome to Rockville has been headlined by some of the biggest names in rock and metal. Godsmack headlined the first festival, and since then, we've seen Shinedown, Korn, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alice in Chains, Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, Disturbed, Rob Zombie, Soundgarden, Def Leppard, and Ozzy Osbourne, just to name a few.
In 2021, the festival moved from its original home at Jacksonville’s Metropolitan Park to the Daytona Speedway, setting a record-breaking attendance of 161,000 people.
The festival continued to grow in 2023, with an estimated 170,000 fans showing up for the four-day music fest.
